Lauren joined Barrevolution in January 2016 as a client and immediately fell in love with barre and the team of instructors. Soon after, Lauren was trained in October 2016 through Barrevolution and began teaching barre and Pilates at two local gyms at the beginning of 2017. Lauren continues to teach part-time for BCPS and has two young boys; Colton and Tuck (ages 7 and 4).
