Tina Milnes, Instructor

Tina is a local gal, having been born in raised here, in Baltimore. She attended Roland Park Country School, and then graduated with a B.S. in Psychology from the College of Charleston (where she met the love of her life and husband, Travis!). After 11 years in the pharmaceutical sales industry, Tina decided to pursue her passion for health and wellness.


Subsequently, she spent a year studying at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she received her health coaching certification in May of 2015. Tina fell in love with Barre many years ago, as she greatly values the combination of total body strength training and attention to breath work it offers. She is an avid believer in using fitness to cultivate a moving meditation practice. Tina has completed a multitude of instructor training courses in both Barre and Mat Pilates. Tina most recently received her 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2018, which she completed in India! Tina is the owner of a healthy lifestyle blog, She utilizes this site as a medium to provide resources for her clients and readers on how to create their healthiest and happiest selves, or as she often says “create a #LifeInColor." This often means identifying the challenge, feeling the fear, and doing it anyways!


Lastly, Tina lives with her husband, and cocker spaniel, Izzie. She also enjoys traveling, writing, hiking, watching football, and paying homage to her fav singer, Stevie Nicks… ; )
