I have been a fan for 2+ years and am completely addicted! I started attending when I developed a soft tissue injury in my hip when training for a half marathon. My orthopedic doctor told me that I needed to strengthen my glutes and hip flexors. So, I did some research, joined Barrevolution and haven't looked back. I have NO hip pain and am a better runner because my posture and form have improved.
The instructors are in tune with the various fitness levels of the students and help with modifications if needed and challenge the more advanced student. All while having fun and with great music!
The variety of classes keeps your muscles guessing too: Classic Barre, Pilates-based classes, Boot camp, PiYo, and Yoga Sculpt just to name a few.
You will feel like you are part of a community and I highly recommend that you join the "barre" revolution!
